CC got charged on 8/8/13. I am 27th May applicant.

As per the ecas table
IN PROCESS means file is complete and transferred to respective visa office. ..
But I have not got my PER mail yet...
And my ecas status is IN PROCESS

On the contrary, I have received PER on 14th august which been issued on 12th august. I have both UCI and File number. But the cic website does not show any status yet. May be it will take couple of days to update.
