what is the meaning of cap , 300 complete application or 300 application processed at v.o

1. if 300 complete application are quanted in cap than , if they are rejected in later process what we will they to fill these gap
2. and if 300 @ V.O than what is your view....

please guide these process not as per FIFO method...

Has anyone contacted the NDVO ? They have been so mum about the AORs... As per the spreadsheet only a handful of lucky members have received AOR...

I checked my application status thru IVR and it says it was received on May 27. is there any significance of hearing such status. I am worried now because 13 days is over after my CC charged and yet PER not arrive.

what is IVR?? how do you check your application status through IVR?? I have my UCI number

Got following email from CIO-Sydney in response to my query:

"Please be advised that your file was transferred to Case Processing Pilot Ottawa (CPPO). As your file is no longer in our office, we are unable to comment on it."

Can you update my status accordingly.

what is IVR?? how do you check your application status through IVR?? I have my UCI number

IVR is pre recorded msgs.. that mostly call centers hv..
wen u call cic n enter ur 8 digit UCI.. u get to hear one..

Hello!! 1100 CAD have been charged in my credir card, and I have recived an email from CIO confirming that we have been accepted for the immigration process and that my application will be tranfered to my visa office. I am so happy now

Please, can you update this information on the excel sheet? ;D

Is there any other number to contact CIO to get the status of your application. I tried once more today and the agent said that he doesn't have access to the system and this number is of the Visa office. I should contact CIO directly and the only way to do that is through email.
Guys please let me know what's the correct number. I am calling from outside Canada and I tried +1 (613) 944-4000.

I just want to share the reply of CIO to my email last July 19, 2013 re follow-up on status of my application. VO doesn't immediately send an email/AOR.. I need to send a correspondence re change in one of my document, do I need to wait for their AOR?

Please advise if email sent by CIO-Sydney dated 25 July 2013 was NOT received.

Application has been transferred to the VO Manila.
