Don't worry it will take some time. Yesterday same thing happened to me.
First, I've got sms with info about charge, but after couple of hours of celebrating and drinking hard I decided just in case to check my bank account about this charge and it was no info there about it!!!

So, I called my bank and shout on them-What the hell is going on! Why you did not take my money yet?!!
They told me that it is two step process, first they (CIC) block this sum, then they actually transfer the money!
So, next day when I checked my bank account again I had a sigh of relief, my account balance was less for this amount and it was info about the charge in the statement.
But, to be honest I had a few uneasy hangover hours before I see that. ;D

May a times but I failed...., and on my way back from US to Dubai...in London got the news of PER....

I did call just a few minutes ago, but my application is not registered yet in the system ( I am NOC 1112 of 4th June). Of course Bullyog (if I am spelling his name correctly) called and he got. He is NOC 1112 of 4th June.

TO dwijshah:
Yes, there are 2 different packages to be sent to WES:

1st is the Certificate copy (to be signed by the university) - you send it on your own (your name as the sender)
2nd is the Request form + marksheets (signed by the university) - put all in an envelop with university name on it, sealed - you bring this envelop to the courrier and send (the university as sender's name)

hope it's clearer to you now.
From where get request form for wes and is this request form also to be signed by the university .......?????

Yes, I had my UCI number.

I called CIC twice on different days (today was my second time) and both times I am told that "they are not authorized or have access to the systems on which CIO works, hence cant provide much information on the status of the application, however they can provide the email ........... " and we know the email id. But I did see some people on the forum who got UCI today. Not sure how is that happening.

Is it possible that the current update on CAP includes applications received till June/July? Or is it only the charged/PER applications which are updated.

Well, the update was made on 12th Aug. That's what I wanted to know, can we vouch that all applications received till 12th Aug are listed in CAP mentioned or no.
By the way any is there any June applicant who was charged?

I have recd a mail from cic informing that my application has been recd by them and is under initial processing and that they would send Notification in due course.
I simply cannot understand the reason for this delay. Do I send them another mail and wait for 4 weeks for them to reply or they would mail me once they have further information.
