To all who have received PER and are unable to see information on ECAS: if you want a little confirmation that everything's OK, you can call the CIC number posted on other pages in this thread and use the IVR to input your UCI (from your PER email). You will get a voice response along the lines of "Your application was received on May 23 2013". It seems the IVR database updates at a different frequency than ECAS.

To call CIC from outside Canada, we've been successful using Google Hangouts. Best of all, it's free!

I am not sure about it , you should directly call to NDVO,
hope other members can suggest a way forward.. for you

Well I got PER & also my file is transferred to NDVO. I am just tense because they have sent me email that your file will not be proceed for next 72 months. I am not sure what to do know? Should I contact NDVO or wait for some time?
