guys.... pl help me out here...

my application was sent on 7/8/2013.... under NOC 2132..
now
how long is it going to take to have it received ?

i mean , how m i will be notify tht my app. is received there ?
n roughly how long is it goin to take ??

plz reply

Is it July 8th or August 7th??

As of now, ~70 days from the application recieved date is when the application gets an update.
Only way to know the application reached CIC is through courier tracking. CIC will only notify incase an application gets a PER, it will be sent to your mail ID given in the generic application form.

Hi

My file was sent to CIC on 4 June 2013.My details have been entered in the spreasheet.
I have filed under 1112 category. My consultant also says to wait for 2 more weeks......
I tried calling CIC several times but the agent says they do not have information on the UCI.
I checked with my Bank on the Bank draft & it says they have no idea on that.I am getting worried
Has 1112 NOC code already been filled or it is still open.
Have any members been charged recently for 1112 ....I am getting impatient.

Dont worry dear the good news will not be so late... :)

Yeah, they are working at good speed for now and hopefully you are correct.

But, do you mean the applications sent mid june are not opened by now at all??
If so, how did Raj0078's application which was recieved at CIC on 6/10/2013 and was returned to him by 7/15/2013 due to old schedule form??

1. It can be a problem because this policy doesn't have your name in it.
2. Responsibilities must be included in your letter. We have some recodrs, that applications were rejected because of not having responsibilities.
3. Looks like there is no any preferences for 67+ points. But before sending your application be sure, that you will get this 67 poits even if CIC not accept some of your documents like in #2. Anyway if you cannot provide better documents, send what you have but be ready for rejection...

its 9:15 AM in Sydney, NS.... CIC,, Please let the rain begin.....

My situation was that i got the DD made and when i went to collect it the executive before handing it back wrote on it "valid for 3 months only". i refused it straightaway thinking that CIC would not accept it coz its clearly written in the instructions that the DD should be valid for 6 months atleast. she took the DD back and cancelled it using the SELLING RATE for CAD. So in five mins i lost like 3000 rupees >:( >:(

But now its clear that i was wrong since a lot of people have used DD. ohh well.....

oh... you do have more common sense than I do. It did not occur to me that it would take more than 3 months for an application to process.
Any way, I got this confirmation from the Corporation Bank's Forex Branch in Bangalore.

in google.com type time in canada and then call. I would say call at the time specified in the IVR.
(guess I stated the obvious, but under duress, our brains are not very efficient :) )
