What is the required IELTS score for spouse to claim points?

To claim 5 points, spouse should get minimum

L-4.5, R-3.5, W-4, S-4 in IELTS

I think my application is doomed. Can anyone enlighten me?

I submitted my application around 4th week of May. I am hoping and praying that I can get my PER sometime last week or this week. However, when I submitted my application, my WES report didn't arrive on time because I availed of the ordinary mail. I got in after 6-7 weeks I think. However, during that time, the WES report is the only lacking document I need for FSWP. Since I cannot wait, I ordered a duplicate copy and availed of the international express. I received the duplicate copy first.

Since I was so scared that the NOC 2263 will be easily filled-up, I attached the duplicate report (knowing that it is just the same with the initial order/initial assessment which I am waiting at that time). Today, I got an email from contactca@wes.org stating "In order for CIC to process yourapplication, they will need to review your evaluation report through using WES's online service/ In order to allow CIC to access this service, you will need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation form. They gave a link on placing a duplicate report. I immediately ordered one after phoning WES. My question is, will my application still evaluated by CIC or they will return it to me? Tried calling CIC number but cannot get through as I am outside Canada so they tried to block me

The best part is i got my PER and even got my postage free from Parcel Force. ( £499.99) . I will always use Parcel force, hoping they refund my postage everytime. ;D

We've all managed to get refunds so far, so you'll get there. I was sold it as a 1 day service, I had to appeal the initial rejection of the complaint though.

You are lucky. Your PER is sure. Just respond to WES and you will get your per

You will soon receive your PER email.
Some applicants received similar email from WES, then they ordered duplicate report specifying CIC as a recipient and subsequently received their PER email.
