I noticed all applications received by Margetti have not got any Fee encash or PER. any idea.

I am with you too...checking yahoo mail like a maniac for PER ;D fingers crossed...wish you luck too...
My brother is in canada....he called to inquire abt our file status on 6-Aug....a lady on the phone gave him a temporary UCI# 8 digits with a '-' in between and said system says 'application received' right now only...an email will be sent once file is reviewed...

Note: This is the second time I am applying for FSW. Last time I applied in March 2012 under NOC 3142. I got my PER in April 2012. But unfortunately I got refusal on 28th June 2012 from New Delhi. The mistake was done by Visa officer from ND. They miscalculated my points and gave me refusal straight away. So I reapplied in the current FSW cap. I am so desperate to move to Canada. Wish me luck guys..
