I saw another forum member had suggested also putting down details of the first courier package such as tracking number. I didn't do that but I did put a big note on the envelope under that address that the envelope contained additional documents to be attached to an application sent 2 days earlier. Fingers crossed for us both.

Sometimes , big companies have policy not to stamp the letters, only a logo of company on a letterhead is sufficient ,
Make sure that the letter must have details like , website, emails fax etc. , and other details as specified in checklist
for the employer reference letter.
Reference letter need not be in a sealed envelope.( at least that is not mentioned in checklist or in website anywhere.

No not in a sealed envelope, it has be stamped actually. Some members are of opinion that it need not to be even stamped if on letter head. But better get it stamped and signed on company letter head.

You also need not to send the original letter. Notarized photocopy is accepted.

well, the FBI website indicates the current processing time is 5-6 weeks.

I think FBI have shortern the processing time recently I remember around few month ago I checked on its website it said take around 10 weeks, does anybody know this?

Depends on lot of situation,
1)Number of people of 2174 occupation aware about this FSW 2013 program
2)Time required to gather documents.
3)Number of completed applications sent.
etc...

Friends who are closely monitoring the spreadsheet, can you please give me some estimate according to below details.

NOC: 2174
Date of Application received : 11th July
No of Applications returned from forum till now : 4
No of Applications charged by CIC: 120
No of Application charged from forum: 56
Applications received till 11th July from forum: 153
Estimated % of forum Charges: 47%

Can anyone calculate exaclty by subtracting estimated returned applications from total global applications for 11th July?

Will I fall under 300 cap? My fingers are crossed.

Will appreciate your answer.

There is no definite answer to your question.

Considering the scenario where all the applicants who applied from May 24th are all registered on the forum, there is a good chance that you fall in cap as there are another 180 slots left for NOC 2174. Of course this is an extreme positive scenario.
You may also consider a extreme negative scenario where there are 180 applications (all correct and acceptable) on May 24th and none of them are on the forum. In this scenario there is no chance for even 25th May applications also.
We just need to keep our fingers crossed and look for further updates from CIC and forum members getting their CC/DD charged.

In conclusion, we can't just conclude anything from the available data as its just random data of the members who applied for FSW.
I am hopeful that applicants till July mid have a good chance to be in the cap.

No my dear friend. It should be compared with charged applications only. As charged applications are definitely going to get PER.Lets take a scenario...

Lets take it in your way. i.e. CIC counts PER sent applications as the complete ones.

Now suppose at some point of time CIC gets 295 applications PER already sent, and have already charged another 50 applications, then the total will cross the 300 mark. so It means Applications which have been charged are the complete applications.

Yea kewlCanada, expecting n waiting for the same, have been pressing refresh n calling the Bank for confirmation, but still no UPdates
