What I mean is that on the CHECKLIST #12 I need to pass an Original IMM5620 and a COPY of RECEIPT from MISSION as Proof of Payment.

I heard that CIC still verifies your documents even if your application arrives outside of the CAP. Even though you may be sad to see your documents returned to you, but I think it will be returned with a check of completeness, which gives you peace of mind when submitting for next year's FSW. Anyone who applied outside of the cap and has had documents returned should feel free to comment on this...

This will also mean, the keep a record of which NOC one had applied this year and they cant lie next year coming back with new NOC.

Can you let me know, what all information you mentioned in your cover?

FYI, I tried requesting dup report directly send to CIC, but wes will send only to applicant and if cic want they can access directly from wes server.

Now, you know, you are not the only one

I mentioned name, noc, date of birth, address, passport number and names of family members on the application. I also put phone number and e mail on letter in case they want to get in touch but I doubt they will. We can only hope for the best now. Did you sent your original separately already?

Friends who are closely monitoring the spreadsheet, can you please give me some estimate according to below details.

NOC: 2174
Date of Application received : 11th July
No of Applications returned from forum till now : 4
No of Applications charged by CIC: 120
No of Application charged from forum: 56
Applications received till 11th July from forum: 153
Estimated % of forum Charges: 47%

Can anyone calculate exaclty by subtracting estimated returned applications from total global applications for 11th July?

Will I fall under 300 cap? My fingers are crossed.

Will appreciate your answer.

Well, as I checked your timeline, I do believe we are almost in a same boat so you should get yours soon.

BTW, i have already sent application to FBI today, and initially I have 60 days to submit this clearance letter. I am just wondering which option is better you think: 1) Postpone the ME or 2)Send a request to extend my PCC required time later if something goes slow in FBI side?

First I would like to congrats you from bottom of my heart for your Medical Request.

I would like to suggest you that please send the application to FBI along the request letter and attach the requirement letter from CHC that you have to complete the formalities within 60 days. This would certainly (as I think) would expedite the process.
