I have just sent the original document in another package with cover letter and hopefully it will reach just 2 days after the application package and I will get lucky. Just one more thing to worry about.....

Can you let me know, what all information you mentioned in your cover?

FYI, I tried requesting dup report directly send to CIC, but wes will send only to applicant and if cic want they can access directly from wes server.

No not in a sealed envelope, it has be stamped actually. Some members are of opinion that it need not to be even stamped if on letter head. But better get it stamped and signed on company letter head.

You also need not to send the original letter. Notarized photocopy is accepted.

If you apply for ECA right now, you can get it at the most within 4-5 weeks i.e. 1 month. I think you have fair chances if you start now. There are only 9 completed application out of 300 as shown on CIC website for 2263:-

Also, in our forum we just have 21 applicants. If there are only, say, 20% of the global applicants total global applications by now should be around 100-110. It may double up when you apply i.e. about 225/300. You are good, just press the throttle and apply.

It would be best if a person from the country where you have done your Master's degree reply about this query.
But still it seems that your degree has equivalent status to a Canadian degree.
In any case for applying in the program FSW , you would have to provide details of all the institutes or colleges where you got enrolled yourself.

i got my master degree and bachelor degree from two different countries.since it is far easier to have my master degree been evaluated than my bachelor, I only sent my master report. in addition, the guide of FSW indicates what kind report should be submitted in some scenario, and my situation is exactly same as following one:

If Deng studied outside of Canada and obtained a foreign educational credential at the Master’s level
Then he would submit proof of his completed foreign educational credential and an original ECA report indicating that it is equivalent to a completed Canadian educational credential at the Master’s level or lower.

thats the reason why i only submitted my master degree

Can anyone tell me if only having master degree been evaluated and sent to cic without bachelor degree? My ECA report indicates that my master degree is equivalent to canadian same degree and the entry requirement of my master degree is bachelor. So is sending only master degree enough?

national ID is not mandatory , just leave it blank.
