Can anyone tell me if only having master degree been evaluated and sent to cic without bachelor degree? My ECA report indicates that my master degree is equivalent to canadian same degree and the entry requirement of my master degree is bachelor. So is sending only master degree enough?

If the report States Equivalent to Canadian Masters, I hope you will be alright and you should get 23 Points .
But this is solely my view. Please do ask for more insight in this.

Back to work, this is the behavior of applications based on the spreadsheet:

Considering our spreadsheet as a very good representation of the real world, the CIO is still working on a great load of applications from days 22 to 27. I still have not enough data to estimate the point of inflection for the days between application received and fees cashed. We can be already on a peak, only a rough guess.

It would be best if a person from the country where you have done your Master's degree reply about this query.
But still it seems that your degree has equivalent status to a Canadian degree.
In any case for applying in the program FSW , you would have to provide details of all the institutes or colleges where you got enrolled yourself.

So people can estimate how long they'll have to wait until fees charged. This wait time will reach a peak and then will start to decrease. If one send an application in november will wait much less than we are.

1. Should it be a DD?
2. To whom should this DD be addressed to?
3. Should it be CAD$150 or in local currency of the visa office?
4. Do I need to fill any Fee Payment Form?

As I came to know from my research, you need to send the following:-

1) Notarized copy of baby's Birth Certificate;
2) Notarized Copy of baby's Passport;
3) The second page of IMM0008; dependent information
4) Application fee - $150 (you can pay online and send receipt no DD required)
5) 4 photos of baby (name, dob, date of taken on the back)
6) Cover letter to inform CIC the birth of child - Mention your file number
7) Additional Family information (IMM 5406) form(s) - Your and your spouse with details of baby
8) Proof of funds - it is a must.

However, please reconfirm.

My wife was pregnant when I sent my application. As instructed by an officer from the Sao Paulo VO, I can append my daughter's docs and pay the remaining fees when the application is already here.
I suggest you to call your VO to confirm this M.O.

You probably searched for your name and google docs highlighted the cell with your ID. Try to clear the search field.

Latest update on strike;

Seems CIC is in no mood to negotiation hence hiring, training staff and staff is doing overtime to meet the gap, anyhow it will still delay our application by 3 or 4 months i think. We FSW ers think about our application : but CIC is loosing lots of money on international student, tourism and of course fsw delay. :'(
