If you want to apply under NOC 2145 and you want to claim the points of Work Experience, then your experience letter should tally with the duties of the NOC.

Hi All,

I have a question to you guys. I have applied for 2174 and my app reached CIC on 23rd May.
Since a user who used CC for 2174 has reported charge, I am confident that I am within 300 cap.
I have used a consultant and he sent the application on behalf of me an I am sure he would have used his email id in app form.
The agreement between us is to pay a percentage of his fee once I get PER.

Assuming that my agent gets my PER mail with UCI (I hope there are no issues with my app :) ) he is not going to share it with me until I give him payment. Is there any way for me to get the UCI number other than the PER mail. I have already sent mail to CIC with my details except email id. I tried calling CIC but I get message that this toll free number is not available from your region(I am calling from India).

Seniors, please help me on this regard, and don't get me wrong I would definitely pay my agent once I get PER. I just want to take precaution as my friends told that some agents demand more money to give UCI number.
And if I had come across this forum before I sent my app, I would not have used an agent :(

Its my 300th post :P
With the grace of God, I have received PER mail on 29th July at 7:52 PM IST.
My ECAS status is showing-->We have received your application for PR on May 16th, 2013

Congrats to all who have received PER and got CC charge.

In your "User of representative form", you must have given the details of the agent. They are registered members and I don't think they will risk their membership by asking for more fee.

You should pay the rest of the committed fee and get PER from them as also for any further correspondence with CIC, their email address and mailing address will be used.

You should apply under Petroleum Engineer. your chances of rejection under Mechanical Engineer will be higher as you don't have basic qualification for that category.

THERE WAS A NOTE..WHY ELSE WOULD THEY RETURN MY FILE WITH PHOTOS IELTS AND PCC and why would I assume it was rejected for Schedule 3 when there is a note??

If you want to start investigating people's personal application, you should work for FBI..And its better to ask someone directly than asking some one else to ask me..LOL..Or ofcourse you can snoop like Wikileaks
