I have the same frame of mind, it's awfully difficult to get any work done!

Guys some good news for people who have submitted DD.
Foreign DD is valid for 6 months. Local cheque and DD valid for 3 months. ( RBI )
Just got it confirmed from Citi Bank, HDFC Bank and Standard Chartered bank.

With the grace of God, I have received PER mail on 29th July at 7:52 PM IST.
My ECAS status is showing-->We have received your application for PR on May 16th, 2013

Congrats to all who have received PER and got CC charge.

I think its not 72 months.
After going through this forum. LVO must have given 7.2 days or 7.2 hours to process application.
Hope this come true and every applicant will land in mid September.

Dunno worry man if ur luck is with you then even your DD will en-cashed after expiry date.
