Does anyone feel that the date given on application forms will have any impact?

My completed application reached on 20th June 2013 whereas the dates on all forms is 27th May 2013.. ;D

You are right, I'm not in spreadsheet yet and won't be there this year.. Actually I came to know about FSW very late i.e. in last week of jun or something and I belong to 2174, So, din't take chance of preparing the docs and exams and all. I have approx. 9+ Years of Pure Technical Experience with ASP.NET, SQL Server, AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, SharePoint & MVC. And I don't have any client from Canada, which can send me employment letter

But you guys enjoy there on Spreadsheet.. I maybe there next year for sure.

dwihshah, either you are not so interested or really know for sure 100% about future. If I were you, I would have submitted till the cap update from CIC stops me.. atleast would help me prepare docs for coming year if god forbid the application was returned. Check your approach dude. Just a suggestion..rest you are yrself intelligent enough.

Your evaluation must have been based on either your cumulative grades(GPA), credits earned on each course from your transcript records or a combination of both. If you check behind the WES evaluation report, one can find a summary of their grading system. Now comparing it against Canadian curricula, it may be possible that your course level based on your transcript contents are offered in Masters level. This is what equivalency means. It doesn't necessarily mean evaluations must be equal. Possible outcomes could be equal to, same or below equivalency towards the controlling factor(Canadian education).

if WES valuation giving 21 points,I cannot achieve 67 points.
For more points i need to take another IELTS test

in my opinion, write to WES regarding the matter and prepare for the next IELTS test as well.

The dates won't impact on your application for as long as they where signed and dated. Yes most of us used courier services to send our applications but hey, we can also send applications using regular mail. Depending on which part of the world you are sending from, it could take 2 weeks to 1 month to deliver. Not even all couriers use same speed, some deliver a day or two earlier/later than others while routing can also play a role.

YES of course...

Only if you have provided some proof of the date you signed is the real date, not previous one.
For example I signed my docs during one concert and then enclosed the ticket. Next step: you have to prove that after this date and time nobody touches your documents any more. I achieved it like this: I sealed all the docs in an envelope with a date stamp on it. Then I took one maple leaf from the nearest tree here (note the fact I user exactly maple leaf ) - just freshly torn leaf. And I put it in a plastic bag with these "zips" on top. So then they can easily check the age of this "dying leaf" via Carbon-14 dating method. I glued this plastic bag on the envelope with my stamp, so that if it got opened, the plastic bag would be destroyed. I printed a page of instructions how to open this envelope without ruining the "proof".

Unfortunately in the end they did not consider my date - 1st of April, but followed the receiving one...
P.S. It's a joke! No hard feelings!
