I am pretty sure this is not the mistake for which the whole application should be returned :) if you and your wife had signed in each form and for your spouse if you had written spouse's family information . The form itself lacks clarity

Ok so now I know I made a big mistake...I filled 2 additional family information forms 1 for me n my family details n 1 for my spouse n her family details... my spouse signed her form but the mistake we did was on her form I wrote my name as applicant n her name as spouse... so I assume my application should be home soon..

Don't lose hope guys.
CIC is well aware that people make mistakes in this form and yours was a minor mistake.
Hope it goes through.

@Deehodad, if your form was returned you should have known by now. According to the spreadsheet, Raj0078's application was received 6/10/2013 and was returned 7/15/2013 for using old Schedule Form 3. Your application was received earlier on 6/7/2013 yet no sign of a returned application so you should have hope. Maybe you should call CIC to be sure all is well instead of waiting with anxiety. Its too early for me to call as mine was received 7/4/2013.

That's the spirit! We hope and pray then.

Thanks once again Rawdah. All hopes are high!

I have a question about the payment of fees by credit card.

We sent our case 3 weeks ago and opted for payment by credit card.

The small problem (if it is one) is that last week, my bank decided to request a PIN validation for any payments made online with my credit card.
I fear that it may block if the CIC decides to charge us.

Is there a solution ?

@ Wrongly filling Applicant name / Wife name.

It's not a fatal mistake and is a very common mistake. It will just delay your application a bit [also frustration for the entry guy] and will not be returned. However if you have left a field blank in any of the form, that would have been fatal.

Larry can't call them now as its not even 6 weeks post sending my application.... n yes raj got his application back n his application reached few days after me... my spirit's r high there is so much else that Allah n life has given us we can't even thank enough for what we already have. .. Canada will be a bonus im already in the middle east born n raised here n as the majorty applies for immigration to secure their children's future so 4 that both my infant boys r American citizens just coz my siblings moved to canada I also applied. .so good luck to alll.

Yeah it can never be the end. Family and not self is always the major reason to migrate. I also wish you the best of luck.

You need to contact your bank explaining to them with CIC details. Instruct them to only validate any transaction coming from CIC without encumbrances of PIN or password. Meet the bank manager or person of authority in the bank who can help. With a written application and standing order to the bank(at the bank itself), I believe it will work that way.

All the best!

Two seperate form should be filled by the principal applicant and his spouse for Additional family information
1) Principal Applicant is the Applicant giving all his details with his signature
2) Spouse is the Applicant giving all her details with her signature

REMEMBER THE FORM SAYS APPLICANT AND NOT PRINCIPAL APPLICANT

I believe, "the term applicant means the principal applicant"

Hello All,

My attorney in Canada today received a rejection letter for my application. The reason for rejection is "job description does not match NOC"

Please update the spreadsheet accordingly.

Congrats to All who have received their PER and Good Luck to the ones waiting.
