Those who got PER, did anyone of you apply via Law firm of Campbell Cohen? Please share. I applied through them, my application reached on May 13th but I haven't heard anything till date. Isn't it worrying ?

Is worrying indeed. I would advise that you call the lawyer immediately and ask them to contact CIC to find the status of your application. You may also call CIC yourself.

In a few weeks (probably 3-4) one or two NOC's will reach the cap. After that, the processing will be done much rapidly. It's just my opinion...

It has taken 5 weeks to process 2 weeks of application.
i.e, 6th to 17th applications processed between 17th June to 19th July

Which means 2.5 weeks to process 1 week application
Which means 0.5 weeks / 2.5 working days to process 1 days application

Days required to process a days application can get lower as the dates get farther from FSWP opening date as there are fewer applications received per day compared to first few weeks of the program opening.

If you want to calculate how long your application would take to get processed Multiply the number of working days between the current date CIC processing and the date your application arrived at CIC by 3 (i.e, *3 Where 3 Rounded up from 2.5 working days to process 1 days application)

Agreed Envman :)

Will have to wait and see how it trends coming week and the next

First of all congrates to all who recieved PER and cleared the first stage.

I request to all 2132 NOC applicants who got PER to share the job description which they have submitted.

This would atleast help me and all other 2132 applicants to analyze and get some idea on our chances further.

Please share.

i would suggest you to call cic by urslef. Agents normally don't tell anything if there is something wrong on their side. Keep calling unless you get know something.

ECAS status is showing, We received your application for PR on May 08, 2013. It's upon my case specific inquiry to London VO, they confirmed me via email that my file has been transferred to them.

Your post got me thinking. So I got this email on July 9th.

"""""""""Dear Sir/Madam:

Please be advised that your file was transferred to Case Processing Pilot Ottawa (CPPO). As your file is no longer in our office, we are unable to comment on it. Please direct your inquiries and additional information to that office. """""""""""

1) Does'nt this means my case has been transferred to VO???
2) But the status is still "In Process". Am I missing something here?
3) How are folk's ECAS Status Detail in "Green" different from the ones in "Blue" in the spreadsheet???

Any response would be hugely appreciated.

@ mohondubai

Some findings are only to spread negativism, This is why I am just trying to indicate other users here
so that they do not take these findings seriously :) ..LOL , I am not serious at all 8)

mohondubai said:
It means within 18th update, if the cap is not filled up, he will be within CAP. It is the findings man which could be wrong. For example, later on the CIC update could represent 4 working days.

We might not get always too serious.

for many to understand the process how Ecas changes :

We received your application for permanent residence on xxxx 7, 201x. ( First stage )

We started processing your application on xxxxx 29, 201x. ( VO indicates that they have started working on your file . in the mean time gathers dust at VO once sent form CIC)

Interview scheduled for xxxxx 13, 201x. ( if VO thinks if they need to see you)

Medical results have been received. this line is added in ECAS once they cash your RRFP and also you have passed medicals ( once interview is over and if they think that your capable , they issue medical request, and also ask for 490$ as RRPF and your passport)
Hope this helps for ECAS.

Guys whats ur take on :

I have send my application along with my spouse details .
Now I realise that my SPOUSE birth certificate
1 > does not have name on it , infact it has name feild BLANK ( I think its very common with old INDIAN Birth certificates)
2> has few things in hindi and few in english. unfortunately parents name is in HINDI :( ,

BTW
Like all , I have submitted both of ours ( Xth class Pass certificate ,voter id card and Passport which actually has the DATE of birth and name mentioned clearly ...
More over in INDIA , X th pass certificarte /Passport is considered as Date of Birth Proof, usually.

do u think my application can be rejected for this reason or u think it will be considered and they may ask me to furnish the doc again ??
iff u knw any case of this sort plz do mention.

Thanks
happy waiting to all
May god bless us all , and shower PER on all of us !!!!
We have two members in the spreadsheet (sandy1985 and amit80203, both indians)
They both submitted 10th standard marksheet in lieu of birth certificate which was accepted by cic and they already had their cc charged

Hi fswpdxb,

please share ur all details first ,I can see its not in the spreadsheet.
This could give an idea to the all applicants of 2147 of this forum
