Has Cic confirmed that your application is being returned?however,there's no time frame to get back your returned application.it all depends on your location and proximity to sydney,nova scotia.However,they use regular post to mail it so it may take a while if you are not very close to Canada.
Somebody mentioned that in the 2011 set,someone got application back in India after almost 3 months

No Loofy I haven't heard from CIC concerning my application and since May 14 and 15 are still getting charged, I am hopeful. However its better to understand the entire cycle of the process good or bad. I hope for the good though.

You are not understanding the basic problem, the discussion was no one will be ready as the NOC and ECA authority declare on 18th of April.

Although these are HOT NOC's but most of the people were not prepared with it. "

and what I reply is there are applicatants who were prepared with IELTS and ready with docs required for ECA, just waiting for NOC is coming favorable and submit authoried ECA agency. and thats why there are application received in early first week.

even you can see in our spread sheet in 8th 9th and 10th of may total 2174:39, 1112:14 & 2147:12 applications were reached to CIC not think about globle applications

now you have to think you are going on wrong track and there is no difference with me wether you score negative or possitive

I know a handful of people who had their ECA and IELTS ready even by the end of march. they were applying through a particular agency. they had wind of the coming changes. they also said that IT will be in NOC list. my cousin from IT had ECA from WES in february itself. but couldnt clear IELTS. Others were nurses or social workers. as for me , not in my wildest dreams thought 2263 would be in the list.so was unprepared.

Taking ur money doesn't guarantee that you will get the PR. one more step is still after this before u get ur PER. If ur CC is charged and u fail to qualify 67 points your application will be returned and you will not even get a refund. SO plz be patient and until and unless u get a PER do not be over excited.
Sorry for ruining ur mood but its no use posting these stuffs abt what time is it in nova scotia. I have google in my phone and it answers my basic question as to what time it is around the world.
Its not directed to you but for many ppl who just post for the sake of posting,.
