My spouse's birth certificate is in the Indian language. I got a notarized copy of English translation. I only have the copy of notary, but the original notary document is in India. Do you think a copy will of notary will work? I am in USA right now and no one will certify the English version from the Indian language.

Some people in this forum either dump or they act dump. But just in case if Jason Kenny happens to read the posts he would def ask CIC to pause one more year and think how can he avoid the dumps getting dumped in Canada. This year he introduced WES maybe will introduce aptitude and sycometric test before even u send the application. Kindly make a new forum " for those who don't have work now and applied for FSW 2013".

How happy he would be to see people ( totally strangers ) taking their time out to make spreadsheets for others and the updating it... How happy he would be that potential immigrants are so super helpful that one newbie asks a question and five people jump in to help him out telling him do this, it helps and do that, might give you a better chance.. Yes, i'm not in any way relaxing now as I really wanted to send my package the soonest. But taking my time to properly complete it so i don't end up being paranoid.

By the way, Have you heard anything from Diu? She should have an update now as she was received on 14May?

nothing . still to receive news of many 14th and 15th applicants. operaphantom is on 15th i think. I cant locate him in spreadsheet as well

I say go for it now. Am guessing it won't take CIC up to 3 mths to send ur package to your visa office at the' supposed' faster pace they are working this year.
I belive ul be getting communication from your local visa office veryyyy soon

Its a good news for you, but gigzyy did u receive any email on july 9, 2013, as stated in the email? Pls confirm, as I have also sent an email for my status on 24th july. So far I have not received any reply and there is no news for fee payment either.

There is no communication whatsoever from the VO etc. So that is why I said interesting, because according to me, it was still at CIO.

Yes, I got my PER on 9th July. If you have sent on 24th June, then you'll hear by Fri / Monday via CIO Search Inquiry Department.
