I think Debit card was not the option for fee payment.Other guys can correct me if I am wrong.

While charging they will select credit card as mode of payment and this will show your card number invalid.
Any person with banking experience can shed more light on this.

I used a debit card and my card has been charged by CIc

Actually it can be an issue, I am afraid. :'(

What kind of paper clips did you used? How many? Metal?

Then your package can be stopped, opened and searched at mail checking facility by airport security. They do it routinely.
Taking in account the weight of your package, amount of papers and clips you used, it can be quite a lot of metal.
According airport security rules, if metal content in the package exceeds 125.8 gram, they have to take your package out, transfer it to special facility and search through it with X-ray machines, dogs and everything.

Try to remember how many clips did you used in total?
Do you have the same clip sample at hand now?
Could you measure its weight?

Knowing this and using Pithagorus logarithmic formula and statistics deviance you can be able to calculate total weight of your clips.

Man, it better be less than 125.8 gram. Your application can be in great danger.
They can even destroy it and come after you for questioning.
When did you send it? May be you still have time to escape. Hurry up, man.

For our application there are already 5 days since CC charge (on Saturday they took the money, on Monday afternoon the transaction was cleared) and no news on the email about PER. I am refreshing every 10min but nothing...I would like to rellllaaxxxx, but CIC is really keeping us "hanging"....

Anyone with good news today??

p.s.: I will not post anything until PER My 100 post deserves to be a special one 8)
