I hope someone answers this:

1- What is PER?

2- To be eligible for FSW - it says in the operation manual, if i am foreign graduate my degree's equivalency must be less than 5 yrs old. Did i read it correct? Or are they saying that my degree should be less than 5 yrs - meaning if I graduated 8 years back - that means im not eligible for FSW?

Here's what i read:
their completed foreign diploma, certificate or credential and its equivalency assessment, which must have been issued by an organization or institution designated under R75(4) and must be less than five years old on the date on which their application is made.

Congratulations to guys who received PER. I have a question. I applied in FSW with arranged employment before May 4, 2013. My application reached CIO on april 29,2013 and payment has been taken on May 7th, 2013 but still hasn't received my PER. I got reply from CIC with application number that my application is awaiting review from officer. I am not sure what is the issue. plz provide your views.

Has anyone who has gotten an email from WES requsting a duplicate for CIC to view online recieved PER?

A friend that sent in applicattion around d 8th got a call today from CIC asking for a duplicate copy. Pls for people that have done this, how much is it?

This for sure this time they are doing Eligibility Review & MI Instructions BEFORE Payment, that's why PER time between Payment and notification has been cut a lot. Used to be 15+ in 2011.

Ministerial Instructions. Meaning the guidelines laid down by the immigration minister.
