Hi all, My application was recieved on the 10th of May, am yet to get news from CIC, does anyone have a number to contact them most especially when you are calling out of Canada.

Update from my conversation: he managed to search us in the system :-X :-X :-X and the result is... he was able to see us in the system and tell us that the app arrived on the 15th of May...and that's it :'( :'( :'(

So, at least this guy was very kind and helpful...although I don't know anything new ...But can I assume that if Idoit's app which arrived on the 13th and had the rejection letter dated 28th of June they must have checked 15th of May apps and we are ok????.....RIGHT ? ? ? ?

You are right Stonecold. It is indeed very frustrating. The snail speed at which these applications are being processed are unbelievable. Our case in NOC 0211 seems to be worse off as only one person in this forum has being charged so far. Hmmmn

The London office resumed withdrawal of service today. They have not been on continual withdrawal and were working at full strength as of last week.

Lately, lots of May 10th applicants are posting here just to get the info or the support. hmmm, silent readers. I wonder how many are out there?

Stage 1 is clear Email is only recorded IF it is cleared.

I got the similar reply from agent when I called them. They asked my phone number to verify though which was in the system it seems. It seems to be that those who passes step 1 (application completeness) are being entered in the system with date received comment. Did he tell you about your UCI or ask your phone/email to verify?

in spreadsheet , some people are named as "deleted -1 , -2 , etc.." did you get some personal info ( by PMs ) about these people ?

They have requested in PM's to remove identities and are no longer on the forum.

Once they ask your Mailing / Residential address, then IT means that you have been assigned a UCI & File Number.

No. Stage 2 is MI & Eligibility. Then Payment then PER.

Hi Jigzyy,

By Stage 1, do you mean just the completeness check or the ministerial instructions(which includes cap count and points eligibility) check as well.
I was curious because I am also a may 15th applicant and was just wondering that cap is also checked as part of stage 1 or not.

Kindly share your thoughts.
