not reported doesn't mean that they didn't charge .
are you referring to any particular NOC, not charged??

Another point to be noted is that officers won't open application according to NOC

It was I think Harry. You can keep it there, and add another at the bottom according to the application received.

Apart from hot NOCs of 1112, 2147 & 2174 there are lot of other applicants in cold NOCs whose applications reached on or after 13 may. But they also did not report any cc charge from last 2 days.
Therefore it is hard to tell whether cap already reached in hot nocs

There are lot of processes involved before PER/ NER ;
few pages back somebody wrote that , they are also doing some king of per-verification of work experience, so this might delay further

we shouldn't speculate a lot , just be relaxed , wait and watch :)

Dear Singh.......Please forgive my question if it should happen to offend you, as this is not the intention. We welcome and appreciate all newcomers to this forum who share their information. However can you please double-check the information posted for both yourself and your friend as they are pretty much identical......Ielts, education, pcc, package sent and received dates....did you make a mistake in posting? Please advise.

Thank you.

That's what i endorse...!

I agree like anyone else could 'KewlCanada' drove a different mean...
But the question asked on pre-verification before the fee en-cash is yet not attended, I requested in few more threads !!!

I WOULD HIGHLY APPRECIATE IF SOME EXPERT THROWS SOME LIGHT ON IT...........

Frustration at its peak.......I tried twice below :

Call center : 001-613-944-4000
English...........= 1
Foreign Affairs.= 2........the option is changed to = 1
Immigration.....= 2
Call Transfer......
English...........= 1
Status...........= 2
PR Card..........= 2.....when u wait here they say you are on wrong place & transfer your call to some other dept......> finally always a guy pickup the phone and say they cannot have access to the system, so email and this is the only way. End of story!

What is the path to talk to the nice ladies? ;) :D ;D :D who can tell me about my status :P
