Dear All,

I just spoke with a lovely lady at CIC and she informed me that my application was returned on June 25 because they tried several times to charge the CC but it was declined.

DD the best and confirmed choice.

Very sorry to hear this........what I did, at the time of dispatching my application package to CIO, I just called my bank and gave them standing instructions that put my card on VIP tagging and that allowed CIO to get through the transaction almost immediately.
Nevertheless, now upon receiving, just inform your bank, give then standing instructions and re-send your entire package. you must have the confidence that your entire forms and documents were 100% correct (that's why CIO took you till CC charging stage, you've already cleared completeness check stage). Don't take tension, just re-send it.

I am afraid it would be tough to find anyone who used SBI CC. It should have been better to use MNC CC like that of Citi, Stanc, American Express, RBS, HSBC.
Nevertheless, its fine to use SBI also. Best of luck with ur application.
