If ur credit card is physically used for transaction, they one does require password.
But if u have authorized the merchant to charge u via authorization form, then no password is required.

Yes, I have read all d pages. Lets not fret over BC issue, focus on ur application. Its at the discretion of CIC official whether it accepts or rejects it. Just be +ve and let us wait for CIC communication on our application.
Every case is different, some gets through while some not.

Below fees payment form, I still mentioned password just in case. Don't want them to return file.
