Why do you think I did it intentionally? Who do you think I am?!
It just slipped in the package somehow, and when I realized it was too late, package was sealed and sent already. Too bad.

Anyway, I am sure that CIC officers are the most honest and honorable men and they will return it to me for sure if my application will be rejected. Otherwise I would have to take some legal actions to insure that I get all my stuff back.

But, if I receive PER, I totally understand that they have a strict set of rules and procedures to follow and it would take some time, probably forever, to get it back. I totally understand that.

Bribery and corruption is a serious crime. I would strongly advise you against it!

hey can any one tell me how much time do they take nowadays to cash DD? i've recently sent my application.

You can hear in mid of august about your DD cash, people who filed their applications in 2nd week of May got this news. .

Hi All,

I have a doubt about my IELTS score points calculation.
My Score is as follows:
Listening: 8.5
Reading: 6
Writing: 6
Speaking: 7

According to the CIC table this is CLB 7 level.

So should I consider every part as CLB7 i.e 4 points (4*4 = 16 POINTS)
or should I convert each skill on its own i.e Speaking & Listening is CLB9 (6*2 + 4*2 = 20 POINTS)

My application which was sent earlier got rejected and they asked me to re-apply, please advise if NOC 2171 (Information systems analysts and consultants) is still open!! If I start the process now it would take another month or two...is it advisable to start the process now or wait for next year.

2171 is not under current 24 occupation list. did you apply under arranged employment before?

PER is yes to your application and NER is a no. You will get tracking number from CIC with your PER/NER.

marks should be calculated according to CLB level of each ability so in my opinion
you should get 20 points .

[I'm afraid it's the opposite, there is no CLB for each ability, it's a mapping between IELTS skills to one CLB LEVEL
