I have ordered 2 copies in original
1 for myself and another for CIC and both were in sealed envelope.
one has lable of my name , and other one had label ( CIC canada ) and my candidate number of ILETS test.
Actually , I ordered for second original copy while I registered for the IELTS test.
So answer is yes we have to send original copy to CIC (in sealed envelope, otherwise the result report cant be accepted as official document)
another original you can keep for your records and obviously get photo copies of it, but it cant be considered an official report.
Hope this answers your questions, doubts,
If you can get that daughter of a CIC officer to sign a legally-noted affidavit that she saw the original IELTS included in your documents, then you have a fair chance of getting your application reconsidered, prepare this one and have a copy ready for resubmission.idoit said:It's my humble request from all members who know more legal stuff than me. What should I do right now. As I said earlier, I checked all my documents 10 times if not more, and daughter of a CIC officer checked it too at the courier. What can I legally do now?
Again, I apologize to bring such a horrible news at a good Friday.
I am a foreign national as well, I've been living in the USA legally since 2007, my question for you is, are you a permanent resident of the USA?, are you a green card holder?rssb said:Hello Everyone,
I am new to this thread. I really appreciate all the useful information being shared on this forum. I need your guidance in following queries:
1.I am a foreign national, residing in Phoenix, AZ, USA since July 12th, 2012. Can I submit my application for FSW program at Canadian VISA office at Los Angeles or is there any other VO office where I need to submit my application:
550 South Hope Street, 9th Floor
Los Angeles, California 90071
United States of America
2. Do I need to include original IELTS score or I can attach a copy of original score?
3. I try to call 1-613-944-4000 number, but I got a message "This toll-free facility is not available in your area". Is there any other number I can dial from USA?
I understand I have a very minimal chance by applying at this stage. But, I would still like to take a chance.
Thanks for all the help.
THANK YOU! please ask other people's experience before assuming stuff.islandbabe said:Just in case persons are worried ...my IELTS were not placed in an envelope neither was my ECA. Have a good weekend all, hopefully good news awaits next week.

Thanks in advance!
Thanks again. By CPP-O you mean CPP – Ottawa? Also, please confirm the address for central intake office:jig nesh said:If you are living in USA legally for more than one year then you will have to choose CPP-O as your visa office as they are responsible to process PR related applications. LA visa office will not process Permanent residence application.
you need to send your complete file to Centralized Intake Office (CIO - Sydeny, Nova Scotia) while mentioning your visa office CPP-O in the application form.
