Guys, I would like to inform you that i got sms at 8:54 Nova Scotia Time stating that my CC got cashed by IMMIgration Canada FS

I am so relieved now, it seems i am the first one to be cashed today

and that means that they started to work in applications of May 10th from last week as Jiggzy said

You can , mention this in your cover letter and do make any translation if needed for you 10th certificate ( if its not in English)

Jigzzy, no news is good news indeed. So we know your package isn't on its way home. AND that is no small accomplishment!!!!!! Thank you for calling and I hope you feel much better, And thanks for the info now some of the others can call and get updates too!

Yes, I am feeling better, I guess the Stage 1 is pretty much clear, as they would never have entered the email and the contact number [according to indirect information from the lady, she din't said it clearly, but was assuring that you are still good] and told that I will be hearing something in next 10 days. Make sure to send an email at CIO email address [which I already have]

Experts, help me out here.
My app is filed on 8th may 13. but still no news, no rejection from cic.
so wondering if i can apply again considering something wrong in the current application..I am suspecting the job duties could be a culprit. I am getting ready with new letter from my employer with detailed job duties.

so just want to know what if I just send the application again with

-All original forms.
-Copy of PCC (as original with current application at cic)
-Copy of IELTS (mine and spouse) (as original with current application at cic)
-2nd org. copy of ECA
-All supporting document
-Employer new letter, in addition to previous letters.
-Self letter explaining detailed job duties.

Is there any harm if i send the above mentioned copies instead of original and provide the clarification that original are with CIC.

In this case,
1)if the original application make through then will they simple mark this duplicate and return?

2) if the original doesnt make through, then will they consider the 2nd application with copies of IELTS , PCC.?

what could be consequences of doing this 2nd application..any thoughts friends?

Using the UCI I got from the call, I saw same as urs, can I assume I already got PER?

What all information we need at hand while calling cic for getting our UCI
