You can , mention this in your cover letter and do make any translation if needed for you 10th certificate ( if its not in English)

If at all you are going with translation, make sure to get it certified and then notarised, because that requirement by CIC..anything translated must be certified and notarised..
if you in usa then i will give some better suggestion about it..as i did translation with my non-english birth certificate..

I unfortunately cannot help you with this, very few persons have gotten their payment charged so far, so they may not be able to help. If anyone has some info that can help husman, please post it.

Thx jigzyy, I am sure u will get ur good news this week!
As for the info, I told her I am calling overseas to check my status, with my name, date of birth, then she is confirming with my mobile and adderess.
After confirmed, I said many may 8 th applicants got their cc charged, some even get PER,why I have no news? Then she told me my DD is encashed. I am quite happy and ask weather I have PER, she asked me to send email to inquiry. I ask her at least give me some ref number so that i can quote in my email, then she gives me!
I double confirmed with her about my email adderess in their record so as to make sure I can receive CIC email.
Finally that lady lost her patience as I confirmed with her several times regarding to DD, email, UCI etc. ;D

Yes, I am feeling better, I guess the Stage 1 is pretty much clear, as they would never have entered the email and the contact number [according to indirect information from the lady, she din't said it clearly, but was assuring that you are still good] and told that I will be hearing something in next 10 days. Make sure to send an email at CIO email address [which I already have]

After PER, I believe that risk to be rejected is considerably lower (I hope )

Experts, help me out here.
My app is filed on 8th may 13. but still no news, no rejection from cic.
so wondering if i can apply again considering something wrong in the current application..I am suspecting the job duties could be a culprit. I am getting ready with new letter from my employer with detailed job duties.

so just want to know what if I just send the application again with

-All original forms.
-Copy of PCC (as original with current application at cic)
-Copy of IELTS (mine and spouse) (as original with current application at cic)
-2nd org. copy of ECA
-All supporting document
-Employer new letter, in addition to previous letters.
-Self letter explaining detailed job duties.

Is there any harm if i send the above mentioned copies instead of original and provide the clarification that original are with CIC.

In this case,
1)if the original application make through then will they simple mark this duplicate and return?

2) if the original doesnt make through, then will they consider the 2nd application with copies of IELTS , PCC.?

what could be consequences of doing this 2nd application..any thoughts friends?

I think ur New application will be returned also, if u check CIC website, it says u should send original IELTS. Copy is only accepted when u r already rejected, but meantime u should also attach the refusal letter from CIC for last application.
So I suggest u just wait another day, or find another way to get ur original IELTS.

Guys, I would like to inform you that i got sms at 8:54 Nova Scotia Time stating that my CC got cashed by IMMIgration Canada FS

I am so relieved now, it seems i am the first one to be cashed today

and that means that they started to work in applications of May 10th from last week as Jiggzy said

I suggest we Add working days as well for encashed date and PER date, so that ppl will have more instructive info. Eg, my dd is encashed on June 20 th but PER is today, gap is 12 days, however considering the holiday, working days are 7 days, Still same pattern with I-man And Nirmal.
