Yes it is mandatory. You have to attach a bank reference letter along with evidence of readily transferable funds in the form of bank balance statements with final balance exceeding the amount specified by CIC.

Thanks a lot ESZB.

Thanks Vats for the reply...I have attached the details of FD and DD for Fee payment. My concern is, in the form (Schedule-3), i think i missed on filling the details. Would that be an issue?

Settlement fund is must
Per peson reqd amount means applicant 550$ + spouse 550$ and 150$per child
You need to show as bank balance or fd or any liquid fund

Hello Binn,

You have to fill in the liabilities (e.g. mortgage payments, bank load repayments etc. if applicable) and then for Settlement funds you need to enter the amount equal to Assets minus Liabilities.
If you have not filled the Liabilities and the settlement funds then I am afraid it could cause problem for you in the form of delay in processing and (God forbid) return of application.

Is it possible for someone who got charged to fail to get PER or UCI? What were those occasions if it were the case?

I think CC is charged if the application is complete , but senior guys can answer better , anyone ??

Well there is some amount of uncertainty prevalent regarding this matter. The CIC operation manual does indicate and our impression is also that the once an application package is deemed complete the CC/DD is charged but a PER is awarded only once that completed application passes the assessment against Ministerial Instructions also.

So yes it is possible that someone who gets his/her CC/DD charged for a complete application may mot be able to get a PER for actually not having enough points.

I have made a mistake in filling of for 5669 regarding my personal history, STATUS OF COUNTRY;
- Instead of my status in country such as CITIZEN or Worker, i have filled status of companies which i was working with PRIVATE or PUBIC JOINT-STOCK which are totally wrong.
I think my application will back, correct?

HELP!

What if there was a mistake in your application form, when is the best time to correct it?

I'm confused because some are saying that I have to correct it immediately, others says that I have to wait until my application is transferred to corresponding visa office and from there they will ask an update for my documents.

You will get a chance to fill the forms again and submit to Visa Office with all original documents.....

That time you can rectify your mistake......
