@ myluckyprincess
"exchange of valuable ideas."

Yes, exactly 'Exchange of valuable ideas' and not 'spill.over ideas'. I'm glad you absorbed my request!

I wish u good luck too brother.. keep telling we can only do whats in our time frame and whats humanly possible, commenting or speculating something which u don't know is utter foolishness and wrong information to the forum members. even if i don't succeed i will not regret a bit coz Canada was always a back up plan not my primary plan.. if it is meant to happen then it would no matter what happens but if ur destiny never has written a maple leaf on ur passport no mater what u do its just going to be efforts in vain........

@ESZB
May I request you to refrain from exciting another debate. No, I'm no one to blame anyone but your statement ["What I cant understand is the a guy who filed in application in 2006 is running all over us for "speculating" !] is a clear sign of sparking another debate.
I hope you realize that?

The guy who takes this will try to answer you, then you try to answer him, leading to a series of answers-to-answers.

@stonecold
Exactly every gentlemen's point. But at the same time we (including myself) should stop requesting if the request goes unheard. I could only ask once.

@ Jigzzy/Islandbabe
Now back to some creativity! Did you consider my post on the spreadsheet re-vamp? I hope to make it even better.

really today the thread went entirelyyyy nuts....my Godd...
n all of us will have a psychological disorder if we keep visiting daily like 10 times and checking updates on 10 pages with nothing appropriate.... ???

Up to you folks whether to believe me or not. Believing me or not, it doesn't affect your current app status. Doesn't change the fact that my card was billed - unbelievable as it may seem.

I'm not playing on your emotions, i'm not raising your hopes or dashing your dreams away. If you believe you've earned the right to have a successful application and all it takes is 67 points and a quick jump on the queue, that is your opinion. That I think that the fine country deserves quality immigrants invited on their "merits" and not how fast they are on the draw, is what i'm thinking is one of the considerations that CIC has. Feel free to disapprove or disagree, just my humble opinion.

Mind you, regarding 67 points and being an early-bird submitter, what do you all think of section R76(3) of this document -> op06c-eng.pdf regarding negative substitution evaluation? :) just curious.

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum but I must admit that I kind of went through 400 odd pages of this thread in last couple of days :o

I am going to apply within a day or two for 2NOC code 2147. I am confused on one aspect and need suggestions/comments from experienced/seniors here. As you may know, the foreign currency DDs in India can only be issued for max 3 months and CIC has asked for min 5 months DD validity. What I wanted to understand is what if I send my application to my brother in Canada and he can attach a lcoal DD with my application and send it to CIC.
Ofcourse I am going to transfer money to my bro for this but this ways I may be able to get a 6 months validity DD issued from Canada. Do you see CIC having any objection on applicant from India and putting a DD coming from Canada?

Any comments are welcome. FYI, below are my credentials.

OOps ! Just in time. Thanks.

Edit: CIC Chart be Bar chart, pls. They represent absolute values at specific dates. Lines connecting them do not signify anything. Thanks for the marvelous work buddy.
