Thanks DVKS for attached PDF file.

But, can someone answer for my questions?

I wonder what the FILE NUMBER is.
After incashed by CIC(Sydney, NS), do they issue file number right away, or each countiry visa office will issue it right after receiveing the documents from CIC?
Also, what exactly does file number mean?
If I got a file number, how high the percentatge of getting a permanent visa in average?

Thanks in advance.

So do you mean they will not need any 3D secure password for transaction and just the 16-digit number and CVV is enough?

Yes. I did this to translate my transcripts in a place near WES. The attendant asked for my Cc numbers by phone. She couldn't do it on first attempt but I then I added Canada to permitted countries and everything was fine.

I am probably the most unluckiest one among you lot. I had all my documents ready except evaluation before the agencies were declared. WES totally screwed my life. They messed the evaluation and sent only the masters totally ignoring my bachelors. After several calls and emails WES finally sent it last week. And, now when I sent my application on Monday, the courier is stuck in Canada as I had written a POBOX address. This is absolutely ridiculous. I feel really disappointed. WES is the worst company that I have come across. Cheats!!

Honey it might help if u read the link. But I'll try and break it down. File number is your unique identifier. When ur CC or DD is encashed, you get it shortly afterwards via email. You use it to keep of your application AFTER you get it. How do I put this? Its an electonic file where all your data is put.
However please read the link for better understanding

Just wanted to say I'm sorry to hear about your courier problem - that must feel awful. I hope you get it sorted easily.

By the way WES service certainly does vary - mine took a month. They must be incredibly busy I guess (personally I don't think it is deliberate though).

Correct me if I am wrong. Why are you holding on to the application when you have the Masters degree evaluated from WES? With Masters degree you already have the 23 points and don't need the Bachelors degree which is I think 21 points. I don't see the logic of sending in both.

I had asked about this earlier in the forums and a couple of members said I need to send both. Hence, I had to chase back with WES.

Hopefully the courier problem will be sorted out on Monday (fingers crossed). On that note...

I had sent my courier to the following address:
Centralized Intake Office – Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
P.O. BOX 7500
Sydney, NS B1P 0A9
Canada

Can I give the below address to them so they send it?

Centralized Intake Office
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS B1P 5Z2
Canada

I think he had to wait for the bachelor assessment.

I suppose the masters assessment already gives the maximum points and u can't get a masters without any bachelor. That's my thought...

exactly.

Dear FSW aspirants :)

In the background check form there is a column for military/paramilitary service. What are the implications of these details and why cic requires them? Is there anyone in the forum who is a serving member in the military?

I understand you feeling like you are "probably the most unluckiest one"....but what do you mean by "WES totally screwed my life"?

You do not have a life beyond WES/Canada? If CIC rejects your application (for whatever reason) your world/life will come to an end? Life is not worth living beyond FSW application/rejection? I am just trying to understand.

It's the same. They'll take the signature when delivering it. The only issue I see is, Did you write your NOC Code in the address of the Package?

P.S. They'll delay couple more days IF you request them to change the label. That's what FedEx told when I simply asked if I can add 49 Dorchester Street. The guys asked me not to do it as it'll be delivered to a person and not at the P.O.Box.
