I can understand the pain taken by all the Applicants to compile all those documents.

Another legal crap. None make sense. Get a life man/woman! Solution for you is simple too: if I were spreadsheet moderator as, you/your customer/your whatever, have consumed valuable time of honorable members here, I'd have said first remove the ID from the forum, then we'll remove the entry from xsl. Simply rude, you know and unprofessional.
Oh by the way, what a great immigration firm... I'm interested to hire them too!
