Dont worry, I dont think any NOC applications could reach 100 in China, so are appls in this forum mostly from India, Pakistan and rest countries, I don't think cap could reach that fast.

After my first attempt at IELTS I was little nervous abt the results and hence booked for the second test. But the results of the first test were satisfactory, atleast to send in the app to CIC. Subsequently, I also took the test on the second attempt and the results came even better. The band got changed (7.5 -> 8.5), however CIC points did not change much (23 -> 24). I was wondering if it is worth to take a chance of sending new TRF to CIC to get it included with my app. Does a good IELTS score (not just FSW points) bring weightage to the case? I am aware through the posts here that they do not entertain if we send isolated documents (not accompanying an app).

Appreciate any comments.

why do you mention cap of 100 for china? Im not aware there are any country-specific caps, only the 300 per each NOC and 5000 in total..?

i think there is no way for you to update your case until your original app gets approved and you get a UCI. And definitely that +1 point will not make any difference. If you have over 67 points and satisfy all the checks they need, you will get your PR visa. Period.

Hi Devkis,

I strongly believe, if you have crossed the passing points of 67, you need not worry about anything... It is not how much more you have scored that counts... It is only that you should score 67 or more... So, even with 7.5 you are scoring more than 67, rest assured you need not worry about anything else (Assuming you have already submitted all necessary back-up documents).

Cheers,

Binu Abraham :)

there's no cap for China, but according to staistics, China/India/Philipin and other coutries share most of FSW percentage. Maximum percentage for China and India should less than 33.3%, so at this time, China or India's application should be almost 100 pe NOC.
It's just my estimation, lol.

I need come information on completing application form.

I have my and my Passport, but I do not have my children's Passport. Can I sumbit an application without my children's passport and then I will send later? If you see in General Application Form, question 1 on DEPENDENT PASSPORT "Do you have a valid passport/travel document" No / Yes
I checked it to NO and remaining questions 2,3,4,5 are automatically disabled.

if you apply for me children's passport then it will take more then a month

Please suggest me what should I do

waiting for reply .

i am not really sure, but i think cic will expect for all the applicants and dependents to have valid passports at the moment of applying.
Im afraid that if you send just yours cic will just return your application.

You are right Chinese ppl are late due to extra requirement. The two guys who get their cc charged as of today is located in USA now and they get their education overseas thus easier to pass ECA.
For local ppl, it is silent so far.
What kind of info u need? I can help u.

We are an immigration firm and one of our employee has posted the data of our client under "askaura" in the excel sheet maintained by you. Request you to delete it the earliest due to privacy reasons. Thanks for understanding
Does it really matter? No one knows who "askaura" is! I leave it to the admins but let's not take this spreadsheet too seriously...

No one is rich or poor in this forum...we are all the same (just some anxious computer freaks checking the forum all the time!)
