Yup...according to New Delhi time, it happened yesterday somewhere between 10:30 PM and 11:00 PM.

No, I sent my application from India.

Yes, I had sent my application on Sunday evening (from UPS Airport office, New Delhi). This office is open 24*7 and accepts couriers from customers directly. My package was on Monday, 2 AM flight.

Nirmal did you send your application from usa? the DD' in USA will get processed a lot faster than DD's in india.
You had sent your applicaton on the 5th i .e the sunday ( india ). which courier was working then?

Huangxyqjy - could you pls paste the link for the Chinese forum here? I wanted to see what the demand is like. I was under the impression the Chinese apps would be low due to extra education requirement (on top of ECA) but does not happen to be the case. I cannot read mandarin/Cantonese but will ask a friend for help. Thanks.

Can people stop trying to be over optimistic over their chances? If it says May 4, don't make it try to sound like the week beginning May 4. It is probably apps received on May 6. 26 apps on the first day is pretty damn impressive. I thought there would be much less over the first 2 days. My feeling is that the 3 hot NOCs would have been full latest by week ending 17th may. That even makes my application out of the cap. Again, these are just my feelings but I don't want to be over optimistic like others around here...

Please Do not predict any thing...

Data shown is latest tilll 19th June. Dat means it can be of any date in May which they feel are completed.

There is no relation with Cap being full or any thing.. It is just that they have got these files completed.

I am not optimistic...but yah..just be practical...

Hi Huangxyqjy, I didn't understand when you said that you paid using DD and you will not hear anything until PER arrives? I also paid using DD (the DD is still showing outstanding as per bank's records till today morning). Please suggest !

In my understanding, if CIC bring our DD to the bank, say June 18th, the receiving bank will need to exchange the documents with the issuing bank, there are some procedures between banks, so the actual money may be withdrawn days later. And the issuing bank here in china cannot see weather it is encashed or not maybe 1 month later. At that time I believe I already get PER from CIC.
Note: the time CIC bring the DD to the bank, they will treat u as completion of payment because DD=cash for CIC, (if ur DD is ok to the bank).
So CIC will not wait 1 month later to include u in their CAP.
However, for us, we have no way to know the situation cause the issuing bank cannot know as well.
I have seen a case in year 2011, one guy's DD is with bank on July 19, but the issuing bank get the info on aug 2, but the guy knows this only when his PER arrived at sept 7.
If I did not call Bank everyday, how come I know my Application is within the cap? The only way is to get PER email from CIC.

You are right Chinese ppl are late due to extra requirement. The two guys who get their cc charged as of today is located in USA now and they get their education overseas thus easier to pass ECA.
For local ppl, it is silent so far.
What kind of info u need? I can help u.

I need come information on completing application form.

I have my and my Passport, but I do not have my children's Passport. Can I sumbit an application without my children's passport and then I will send later? If you see in General Application Form, question 1 on DEPENDENT PASSPORT "Do you have a valid passport/travel document" No / Yes
I checked it to NO and remaining questions 2,3,4,5 are automatically disabled.

if you apply for me children's passport then it will take more then a month

Please suggest me what should I do

On June 20, 2013, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) provided the first update regarding how many completed FSW applications had been counted: as of May 4th 2013, 26 completed applications have been counted.

While this may provide comfort to prospective FSW applicants who did not begin preparing their applications in advance of the program opening on May 4th, we cannot determine with certainty how many completed applications have been received by CIC since May 4th or when the caps/limits will be reached

Huang's info is almost true, I'm quite sure there are at least 2 people have already sent their applications to CIC including me in Mainland China now, the major problem for me is WES certifiction, which cost me alost 1 month to deal with it!
By some agents in Mainland China told me that there are more than 20 people have already sent their application last month, but don't know if it is 100% positive.
