13k for delhi alone is good, happy. But i am worried about the strike when will they will be back to work

I think the strikes from what I've heard are really really going to set us back along time.

What the....? The spreadsheet is 44MB. :o :o :o :-\ :'(

Nahh, impact may be there but not significant. There may be delay but for couple of months only - Hope CIC Strike to be over soon, else WE ALL CAN GO ON STRIKE TOO :P

Hi Friends,

Can anyone whose file has been delivered via DHL, share the DHL tracking number?

I have seen the steps the follow for sending courier to WES, but I would like to see it for NS and compare the two in order to find delay point.

I would agree with you if we are talking about just one occupation with no other related title under it. But let's take an example NOC 2131: Civil Engineer ... under this NOC, there are around 74 titles and 14 main duties ... i don't think it's normal that each one of these 74 titles can do 70-80% from the duties mentioned and i think some titles are doing only one.

So an experience reference letter for such NOC may include one or two maximum of the main duties mentioned there ... So this would be insufficient? this is is what i am wondering about

You have to understand NOC 2131 is very broad and as such you may be doing only one or two of the duties only. If you state that you have done 12 duties out of 14, your experience letter for NOC 2131 might be unrealistic. It is highly unlikely that one can become specialized in all of the duties mentioned. In our organization every engineer is responsible for one or two duties which they may end up doing for over 5 years period.

Hi zolter,

I want to know that For how much time period we can apply for the FSW visa. You already know that there is a cap of 300/occupation and total 500 applicants require till now. So how much time is remain to apply?

Please clarify.

Any other person have knowledge about this?

Reply would be appreciated.

yes in 2131 its like that only

all duties mentioned are for each special branch of civil engineering

I have only matching 1 duty as a structural design engineer
