Once this stage is passed, every one will take a sigh of relief as they know the whole process to get PR will take a year or two.

Agreed...For this two category, percentage is much higher compare to others..and the online participant of this forum ahs increased reasonably....

Changed to 6%. I can go up to 10% but that'll be too optimistic. 6 ~ 7% is what I can think of.
