Tell me what do you think about this theory. Guess I have too much free time to think about different scenarios.

If Marta's application was processed on 30th May that means they must have processed lot more applications after that day and if none of ppl got any app returned during last whole week (especially guys who submitted between 6th to 10th May) mean that they have all got through the first step i.e. application completeness and moved to second stage which probably is eligibility and payment.

I think since she is in the U.S., even if others got rejected, she had to receive her package first. This week will be much more informative, hopefully some fees will be encashed from credit cards, and than we will know what is the situation. If anyone is still there, with his/her CC not charged, but others' cards behind him/her get charged, than that is a bad news. Otherwise of course if anyone's CC gets charged, then that is the good news we are waiting for. Ppl with DD's can inquire at their banks, when others around them start getting fees encashed. So patience, this week or the next will give us a lot of new information.

I totally agree with your theory..Since Marta already got feedback on her application (the earliest bird in the tracking)..There's a huge possibility that others might already gone the 2nd stage..

Ohh this waiting is killing me! Everyday i'm reading this forum to see if someone CC has been charged or receive a mail from CIC..

Hi Kanishk,

I 10th marksheet or certificates work in India whereas in Canada they do not accept it as birth proof. I am myself waiting for my birth certificate only. I have rest of my file completed.

You must get the birth certificates otherwise they will send it back as incomplete.

if your reason why your birth cert. is not available is because it is difficult to go there, CIC won't buy that. your options are:

- use your birth cert and explain (use other valid reason) and have it notarized or
- (i'd choose this if going to canada is really important to me) go to the place where you were born and do the proper steps to obtain the right document.

No update yet mate.. Asked my bank to provide me with updates on my draft. But they asked me to have patience as I asked them second time in 10 days..

They (HDFC) gave me some useless funda stating that they get data from Canada on DDs only after 10-15 days and since my DD was not cashed on 1st June and hence there would be no update till 15th June. I have escalated this to management there.. hope I will be able to ask for status atleast on weekly basis. gggrrrrrrrrrrrr experience!

Really crap argument..... they will know instantly when DD is enchased by CIC. as money gose from their account at that time only... Just they have to query in their system..

I have 3+3+2.5+.5+2= total 11 lac fixed deposit by my own name for last one years.
1) Is it correct or I have to one fixed deposit for all money?
2) As I have fixed deposit is it needed to show my savings account statement?
3) I need a bank certification letter which told that I have that money, there is no need to send my FDR receipt's copy, am I right?

There is no other sollution... better you discuss with some good consultants for this issue.... You should present B'certy or provide valid satisfactory(to CIC Officer) reason for not provising......

If you can think to go canada than you should go to collect your B'certy and this is the document which you required often in future also....
