See the spreadsheet to get an idea.
You have to be truthful and tell them everything in the reverse chronological order starting from the present employer until the past 10 years.roypp said:Dear Seniors,
I am filling the form imm0008_3e and am confused about the following clause:
"12) Your Work Experience
b)Starting with your current occupation, list your occupation within the 10 years preceding the date of your application. For each occupation, identify the dates of employment, your occupation, the appropriate four-digit 2011 NOC code, the number of years of continuous full time or equivalent part time experience, and a description of your main duties"
I am applying under NOC 2147 and I have 5 years working experience on the related occupation. But my current occupation do not match with any NOC.
So the question is do I need to mention my current occupation in the form or just the occupation which is related to NOC is enough?
Your comment would help me lot.
Thanks in advance
In the past CIC used to accept the secondary school certificate in lieu of birthday certificate, however, they don't accept alternatives anymore. Check this video from CIC, they mention it very clearly in this video. Also, check 2011 applicants' forum threads, you will notice CIC returned some applications due to not providing birth certificate (some of those applications were submitted thru Campbell Cohen firm)Sam88888 said:Hi..I am new to this forum...I have send my documents already but I have one query...
I didn't had Birth Certificate ready with me and instead I have send my secondary school
passing certificate(10th) having my date of birth. Can anybody confirm whether this is right??? ???
My consultant told me that there would not be any problem with this.....

I have assets totaling over the minimum required amount but not liquid funds in my bank account. So I cant send the application with proof, Obviously I would sell these assets car etc... before moving to Canada so I will have the cash ready.
I cant sell everything and wait 12-18 months for my application to be approved.
What should I do?

thanks for ur reply. I am confused because in Guide 7000 (page 35 of 48), it said List only occupations that fall in skill type 0, skill levels A or B of NOC 2011, wish u will give a look on that and reply me.Adrenalineforu said:You have to be truthful and tell them everything in the reverse chronological order starting from the present employer until the past 10 years.
p.s., There is point 8. Personal History in Schedule A Background/Declaration which says "Failure to account for all time periods will result in.....". If you miss out anything in one form it will be contracted by the other form carrying a similar information unless you cook all of them to tally with each other.
The CIC has designed all the forms in such a way that also cross-check applicants information in cross-reference manner. Kind of clever. Hope you get my point.
Also, I hope you received my PM.
