JUST GO TO www.passport.gov.in and check renewal rules. I think u can renew your passport now. As u r waiting for MR just likeus i would suggest you renew it inTatkal format. U will get new one in 72 hours. Hope this helps.

friends, pls guide... my eCAS was updated on 14 th January and 2nd line was added as we started processing your file on 10 January,2014. BUT TILL TODAY AFTER ALMOST 16 DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MAIL FROM NDVO.. is there anyone from the forum has the same situation ? pls guide......
