Based on the doc someone attached previously, I've made a new EXAMPLE sheet here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmfayNaCseoKdHFGVGpFbzNQUFdXZmxrUkFmY214ZVE#gid=14

WARNING: this is not the live file for tracking applications, I'm just giving link here so jigzzy or someone can take my sheet and incorporate it into the official tracking doc if they want.

It gives the overview for each NOC through past days. It looks at the dates applications were received at CIC. I think you were looking for that (it resolves the missing COUNTIFS issue).

Simply BEAUTIFUL :) I'll add to the spreadsheet in an hour or so :)

CIC Please send Jigzzy his PER. The man was born for NOC 2174, look how that make him happy ;)

Yep, still waiting. And I was officially confirmed today by the WES support lady that they have no clue what's up with my case. :)
But they are sure it's being worked on. :D And at least she really sent me a follow up email saying she haven't heard from the 'guys above' that actually work on the evaluation. So they are are completely messed up over there.
But I'm staying positive - so I already started looking into what are my option for Quebec SW. :P ...just to learn they are about to make it harder for non-French users to get in.

Jigzzy as requested earlier , my details are not added in the sheet, pls add me in

Hi!

I am new here on this forum. I am preparing my documents for FSWP, and have some doubts about pay stubs, so here are my questions:
1. how many pay stubs should I provide? (I have 3 year work experience)
2. do I need to ask for translation of all the characters on the pay stub, or just a part with total salary?
3. should it be translated with affidavit?
4. should it be a certified copy of the original?(I cant provide the originals to the translater, only the copies)?

I would appreciate any advice...
Thanks :)

Has anybody got the PCC from U.S.A? I had stayed in U.S.A for more than six months. So i need to prepare PCC from U.S.A too. Does anybody know how to get and how long it will take to get PCC from U.S.A? I am not in U.S.A right now.

I have done the procedure and got the letter. Go to http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/criminal-history-summary-checks/submitting-a-criminal-history-summary-request-to-the-fbi. Print the finger printing card, fill the other forms and submit to CJIS FBI.
I submitted once but they asked to resubmit finger prints on there provided card, so I resubmitted and finally got the letter in 5-6 weeks.

1. how many pay stubs should I provide? (I have 3 year work experience)In document checklist they have 'copies of the pay stubs" so I attached 2
2. do I need to ask for translation of all the characters on the pay stub, or just a part with total salary? Just translate the whole document

"Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document."
From the Guide

3. should it be translated with affidavit? Yes
4. should it be a certified copy of the original?(I cant provide the originals to the translater, only the copies)?" some people on the board would say no but to be on the safe side I would certify

I would appreciate any advice...
Thanks :)
