1) IMM0008- Only me
2) IMM5669- Me
3) IMM5669- Spouse
4) IMM5562- Me
5) IMM0008-Schedule 3---Only me
6) IMM5406-Me
7) IMM5406--Spouse (I am confused about this form, does it need to fill separately by my spouse)
8) Checklist
9) Payform

Hi!

I am new here on this forum. I am preparing my documents for FSWP, and have some doubts about pay stubs, so here are my questions:
1. how many pay stubs should I provide? (I have 3 year work experience)In document checklist they have 'copies of the pay stubs" so I attached 2
2. do I need to ask for translation of all the characters on the pay stub, or just a part with total salary? Just translate the whole document

"Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document." From the Guide

3. should it be translated with affidavit? Yes
4. should it be a certified copy of the original?(I cant provide the originals to the translater, only the copies)?" some people on the board would say no but to be on the safe side I would certify



I would appreciate any advice...
