HI ,
I have confirmed this with the bank and they said that they would be using a different system where they would not need the 3D secure password or OTP. Its similar to, when we used our CC on WES site. It never asked for any 3D secure or OTP just with CVV it processed the payment.

regards
Huzcan

Thats true...Its same as WES ...It only needs the CVV.....don't worry..be relax and chill.

It did ask me for a Verisign (Visa) password. It always does when I use my CC online. Still not sure what will happen in this case.

For the Mailing Your Application section (item 21 on page 7) of the Document Checklist [IMM 5612] (PDF, 233 KB) form, it says :

.
.
include 2 self-addressed mailing labels:
- one in English or French and
- one in the official language of your country of residence
.
.

I am not sure what exactly is that "self-addressed mailing label"?

I intend to use one of the usual courier services, namely FedX, DHL or UPS.

Do I simply tell the FedX/DHL/UPS agent that I also want to purchase a "self-addressed mailing label" to insert into my courier envelope?

I don't know about VISA but I used Mastercard, it only asked for the Card Number, the expiry date and the CVV.

"Self Addressed Mailing Label" means your own address. In case if CIC want to contact you they can simply stick the "Self Addressed Mailing Label" on the envelope and send it to you.

You may include two one in English and the other in your regional language which the postman or the courier boy will understand. If english is one of the official languages of your country then include both the labels in English.

Ok GMP_13, thanks.

I thought it was some kind "special" label that I was suppose to get from the courier company that CIC would affix to the FedX/DHL/UPS envelope to return my application form.

Didn't realize that it's (essentially) just a piece of paper that I would write my own name/address on.

The anxiety is just making us all PARANOID..... looking at every nook and corner where we could go wrong... And those CIC guys are enjoying their weekend ... >:( >:( >:( >:(

I definitely don't believe this guy....he's fictitious, telling a concocted story....

He is neither selling anything to you nor is he asking anything from you. If you don't believe him that is your opinion, but outright attack on him is not justified. Anyway, that is my opinion and everyone has the right to one (so do you).
