They obviously work in batches. I think they just took a batch of first 3 weeks (25th is when spill.over's paper were received and that is exactly 21 days from 4th), that batch was less than 300 (or so) and they said - this batch is surely within cap, so let's start with it. And then they charged the first from the top

So Marta could actually come among the last in that batch

If may 30th is the first batch, then those using DD (including me) will not know our status until June 14, 555, lengthy waiting...

Wooo...Congrats! But I am quite surprised why other Cc users do not report, especially those early birds! Maybe tonight we will hear more news! Good news is that CIC begin work, looks like we will see cap number tonight! Bad news is when will I know my DD is encashed? 555...

I have the same question... I don't think the banks would inform us when the DD is encashed.. any ideas on this?

You need to contact bank for encasement of your dd.... Bank will know when money goes from their Account... So every week call your bank for status as they are not updating you proactively...

Guys, I searched spill.over's posts and on the 27th of May he/she was still filling forms...So,either he/she spelled the wrong arrival date or he/she is lying that he/she got the CC charged...I hope for the first option as it's not nice to play with people's emotions in this process...
So, let's hope to get some news son from CIC :-X !

Stop joking man.... Here every one is anxious about cc/dd charged by CIC..and you should not make a joke on such sensitive situation...... This is impossible that CIC skip 20 days and charged your so called CC than You must be Jason Kenny's close relative...
