I noticed this from last year webpages, do you know why? but there was a case they updated on friday i think

Dear DD2211

Here we are taling about DD, they wont have any issue to deposit the DD in account as most of the DD having 3 months validity.
They havent mentioned that if date is not in rage they will retun the file, they said appropriate fees not inclded file will be return.

There were cases in 2012 that people got rejection and refund of fees. Later when that person hire lawyer and put up the case in embassy and won it. and then CIC again ask for submiting the fees!!

so fees related things should be at first place while filing but if DD date is not range they will ask for another DD , they will not return the file.

THINK FROM CANADA GOVERMENT POINT OF VIEW THEY JUST WONT ACCEPT THE FILES WITH REJECTION ATTITUDE BECAUSE THEY WANT SKILLED PEOPLE TO LEAVERAGE THE ECONOMOY OF CANADA!

Nop CIC dont have such time and tracking system to replanish pending document later... they will just reject file as document incomplete if they have clearly mentioned on site and if same is not provided with application in proper manner....

They will ask, in fact Local VO will ask if any thing extra required after file transferred to country VO..

Yes Dear..It should be understood!!!
Its spell mistakes..I write many post when get free time..so in hurry I may mistakes!!
Some person in somewhere made mistakes..IPLTS test..I undertand it IELTS!
For your infor FSW need TEF result where as Quebec accept DELF, DALF, TEF and TCF.
TEF IS COSTLY EXAM WHERE AS DELF IS CHEAP HOWEVER FREQUENCY OF TAKING RESULT AND PUBLISHING THE RESULT IS MORE FAST IN TEF THAN DALF.
REST REASEAR YOU CAN DO IN THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSIDE!

Actually i know all this data as i was planning to apply for Quebec before but they changed the rules in march 2012 and they don't accept architects with foreign diploma anymore.
I thought that rules have changed or something. Thank you for clarifying.

Call THOMAS COOK they will issue DD in 1 Hours, even from Monday to saturday.

Call Just Dial for Thomas cook number in your locality.

You will not be able to get it on Saturday as their is holiday for Foreign Exchange. Get it on Fri / Monday.

in 2011 My wife's file return because of Expire of DD. . . . .
that is why i am more concern this time

I have followed 2011 thread since last 1.5 year but never found such cases... And like CC... CIC doesnt ask for another CC if provided one payment is discarded... Than same thing with DD also they have mentioend on site that DD should be issued with in range of 30 days....

Here CIC will ask if they are late in processing and DD date has been pass, than it is possible that cic demand for same...

And as far as CIC point of view they JUST ACCEPTING COMPLETE FILES in regards of DOCUMENTS on the basis of pre decided criteria.... They does not bother about SKILL of person at the time of rejection.. IF docs are not complete they will reject. And they have plenty of packages pile up in stack.........

For really skilled ppl it will benificial, when CIC adapt EOI system.. at that time you can say they will accept only skilled ppl...

I didnt gave CC details because one of my friend got file return because of some technical issue trasaction was not geting in place.
Later my friend came to know on that day ,bank was having some maintanance activity of CC and DB card.
So to avoid such a technical things..I use DD.

But I guess its all about LUCK now! what you say?!!

No one can know the working of CIC.
In my opinion its like a black hole ( its working makes me feel like im lost in the galaxy, they can ask for things but when u ask for updates its generic reply).
Do you best and forget it. go with the flow.

Recently HSBC INDIA send emails to all customers that on 24 May your CC and DD card will not work at any merchentle so that kind of situation is horrible. if cic want to use CC for payment of fees and something technical comes in.

No doubt, I am running late for FSW 2013 (NOC 1112 Financial & Investment analyst).

I will set for IELTS exam on 22-June-2013, Will get result after 2 weeks from that date.
I just got sealed & signed envelop from my University, by next 2days will send it to WES for ECA.

Bottom line is, more or less by 1st week of July I will get all required papers (ECA report from WES, IELTS etc.) to apply for FSW 2913.

Now please advice, will it be wise to apply at that time, will it be too late to apply under NOC 1112 Financial & Investment analyst, as 300 cap maximum & CIC not updating the status?

It is not 300 quota, It is internal news that the total quota for each NOC would be 500 per occupation..

If CIC update that they have got 300 files doest mean they have accepted 300 file, they might have more than 300 but certainly not below 300!

keep hopes and send your file, till they dont update the wesite.

the reason for not updating the CIC status of application received is because they want more files upto 500 atleast! and this is true.

Hey.. See if DD was drawn with in week of sending file than there not be a chance of date expiry even if DD is having 3 month of validity... As per last year track record CIC will take file in processing in average arround 70/80 days...so looking towards 90 days validity it might not have any issue....

And if DD having 6 month validity than no issues...

As per my discussion with banker international DDs are having 6 month validity...

Looking towards trends of spread sheet,, quota will be over till the time.... But you have to prepare your file as mean time CIC with update total count on site and than you will get idea to apply or not...SO continue your document preparation..
