few people have mailed the minister as it was informed by the cic call center when one of our members called them up regarding the cap count. I have done the same and recieved an automated response. I request you to kindly send in a mail requesting a cap count update.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/about_us/minister/contact.asp . All mail will be viewed by the ministry/ his department and if more mail are send to them in this regard we are bound to get a official response soon.

Nop CIC dont have such time and tracking system to replanish pending document later... they will just reject file as document incomplete if they have clearly mentioned on site and if same is not provided with application in proper manner....

They will ask, in fact Local VO will ask if any thing extra required after file transferred to country VO..

That was exactly my worry last week before sending out the application as none of the banks/financial institutions in India were ready to give a DD of 6 months validity... As mentioned earlier as well anybody who has sent out fees by DD, please note that the DD is only valid for 3 months as per Reserve Bank Of India guidelines and in no way any bank can issue a DD with 6 months validity in India.... It is better to pay by Crerdit Card if you are applying from India..

Both TALF AND DELF is authourised and approved by FSW AND Quebec for French examination.
Yes I got 4 points for TALF. I am my wife both has got score in TALF. and pass DELF A2 as well. Appearing for DELF B1 level on 5th June.

It's my first time to hear about TALF exam, it's organised by whom? or do you mean TEF?!
and also i think the only authorized french test for FSW is TEF.
Only Quebec accepts DELF, DALF, TEF and TCF.

Yes Dear..It should be understood!!!
Its spell mistakes..I write many post when get free time..so in hurry I may mistakes!!
Some person in somewhere made mistakes..IPLTS test..I undertand it IELTS!
For your infor FSW need TEF result where as Quebec accept DELF, DALF, TEF and TCF.
TEF IS COSTLY EXAM WHERE AS DELF IS CHEAP HOWEVER FREQUENCY OF TAKING RESULT AND PUBLISHING THE RESULT IS MORE FAST IN TEF THAN DALF.
REST REASEAR YOU CAN DO IN THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSIDE!

You will not be able to get it on Saturday as their is holiday for Foreign Exchange. Get it on Fri / Monday.
