file no has nothing to do with PCC......when Visa office will request you for PCC, then you need to submit

if that is so...when do u think they request for pcc..is it after the medical or before?? actually im worried becoz i cudnt submit my UK pcc that was created on 25th april 2013 and i m hearing even if i m not in uk now this pcc may expire to cic after 3 months if cannot submit it to them..however im not at all worried about current country of residence pcc which can be availed anytime..so plz let me know what is the real picture....

even if u had submitted UK PCC initially , they will ask again at the time of medical

When your file is transferred to respective Visa office , after that Visa office will review your documents and they will demand PCC at the time of updated documents request or medical

All my bank statement is in Bangladeshi Taka. Can I send those bank statements with local currency as required fund for fsw2013? or I have to convert the currency to Canadian dollar? Do the CIO office convert the local currencies to Canadian dollar while assessing the applications?

You need to attached worksheet showing ur home currency and CA$ and exchange rate supported by bank statements
