Important!!!
Hi guys,

For all of you that sent the application on 4th of May and did not include the new Generic application form!(because it was not yet up-dated)!!!

I just call CIC and explained the situation, the operator said that our applications would not be returned if the application form is old!!!
He advised me not to send another application package.

Lets pray this information is valid

Anac, how do you call CIC? are you in Canada?

Will it mean that my spouse dosen't know english? As in the new rules they wanted both the principal applicant and the spouse to be proficent in English.

Maybe I should tick no and include it in the cover letter.

No, that doesn't matter. You are not claiming 5 points for her. You don't need to write cover letter for ticking no, but you will have to write a cover letter if you tick Yes, and do not provide IELTS.

The form was updated on the website on 4th May 2013, but had the updated date in the footer as 4-2013. You are good to use that form ;)

According to Anac, a call representative on the CIC told that they will not return. I hope this is true, because a lot have sent that one. It's up to the visa officer, or the person checking document completeness.

Hello guys, i would really love to join the track sheet but it is a read only. What will I do next?

Okay, just want to confirm one thing..
My Courier guy at FedEx used an old reference for the CIO address that he had in his system, and it does not include 49 Dorchester Street. Here's the address he used to ship my document:

ATTN: SW1-NOC# XXXX
FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER
CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION CANADA
CENTRALIZED INTAKE OFFICE P.B. 7500

SYDNEY, NS B1P5Z2
CA

Is this an issue, that it does not include 49 Dorchester Street [Considering CIO is quiet famous these days, and I know it will be taken there], but still, curious about it.

I have contacted FedEx about it, and they said, that I can add a reference to the label, but it may cause 1 or 2 day delay. Any suggestions would be welcomed :(
