I would like to make a request that CIC has updated the ecas last night (I suppose)

Further, when we click on IN PROCESS link I can see that application received on May, 15 2013.

No other line.

NOW A QUESTION IS...
THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED THE PER EMAIL FROM CIO CAN ANY ONE CHECK AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK THAT IS THERE ANY OTHER INFORMATION ENTERED WHEN WE CLICK ON In Process link or else just a single line as I said above ...

This inputs will be really helpful and hopeful for me...

Hello everyone, I called CIC yesterday and a lady told me if i am calling from outside. At first she told me she doesn't have access to the information, however when she learned that I am calling from outside Canada, the mode changed and she gave me the UCI number after confirming my email add. I asked why until now I haven't heard anything from CIC? She said that I can only hear from them if I have something missing or wrong information in my application. My mode of payment is DD.

I am checking now my UCI number she gave, but it is not yet found online? Does this UCI number meant I passed the completeness check?

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I was going through the op06c manual issued on May 4th. I feel there is a disconnect at two points in that manual, like:

On page # 11 under section # 9.1: 'Putting an application into process at the CIO' last two points read as follows:

> transfer the paper file to the processing office in accordance with existing file transfer policies; and
> transfer the electronic file to the processing office in GCMS by making that office the primary office for processing.

Now if we jump directly to page # 14 under section # 11: 'Assessing the application against selection criteria'

>If the applicant’s total score is...
>equal to or greater than the pass mark set by the Minister

>Then the CIO will...
>forward the entire application, including the result of their initial assessment against the selection criteria, to the office >identified by the applicant for processing on the IMM 0008 for a final decision.

I presume that file was transferred at stage # 9.1 only, why on stage 11 again it says that CIO will transfer the file to another office?

I apologize if it has been pointed out/asked earlier.

I think all of us whose application has been received on 15 or 16 may and with DD mode of payment should get to see the same status. I would request other members waiting please check their status on Ecas.

I know for sure that completeness is OK now but if we have passed Eligibility review or MI criteria at this stage, I am not sure :

My personal guess is we have passed the stages it's just waiting for the final update for visa officer to sign and post PER?

But then it is just my guess ;D ;D
