CIC hasn't stated charging 16th May applicants...so have to wait a little longer since my application was received at 2:03 PM.

When you get PER email from CIO. They mention it when it was charged.

You can try it. But do not expect that they'll will entertain your request. They might try to locate the file and match it [as few of the applicants have gotten lucky recently], but its all luck. No harm in sending though.

Only when ProjectGKaneda, GMP_13, Md.Azad & Dony post some news, I can expect something.
