In Schedule-3, can I write "Software Developer" as primary occupation instead of "computer programmer and interactive media developer"? Also, In the past I have worked as Technology Lead, in the occupation list can I write Technology Lead/Software Developer so that this occupation can be considered while evaluation? Tech lead has same job responsibilities as Senior Software Developer?

You can write your current designation in the Primary Occupation, and a similar or matching occupation in the intended occupation field.

Hi guys, just spoke to a nice lady at the call centre and was told that my application was recd.
by them on the 10 may and gave me client identity number and were working on my file.
So far my cc has not been charged..
Please give ur advice as to my chances to make it.

My status Ecas status shows "In process" - application received for PR on 29th April, 2013 but still no email for PER. What does that mean? Anyone in similar kind of situation..

I just called cic n the guy took all my details n confirmed that my application is received...he verified my country n email address don etc...

But said rest I have to email....for status..
